At Access Denied, we stand by the quality of our products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all security tags intact for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a return authorization number.

  Package Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and accessories are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
